Short Description: Recombinant-Cynomolgus FcRn-C-His & Avi protein was developed from hek293 cells and has a target region of C-His & Avi. For use in research applications.
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.22 Mu m filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4.
Storage Instruction: Store at-20°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt, and avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Immunogen Region: Met1-Ser297
Immunogen: Recombinant Cynomolgus FcRn Protein is produced by Expi293 expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Met1-Ser297 (FCGRT) &Met1-Met119 (B2M) ) of Cynomolgus FcRn fused with a His tag and Avi tag at the C-terminal.
