Short Description:	Recombinant-Human Beta-NGF/NGF/NGFB-C-His protein was developed from hek293 cells and has a target region of C-His. For use in research applications.

Formulation:	Lyophilized from a 0.22 Mu m filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4.
Storage Instruction:	Store at-20°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt, and avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Immunoreactivity:	Recombinant Human NGF stimulates cell proliferation of the TF‑1 human erythroleukemic cells. The ED50 for this effect is 2.2-8.6 ng/mL, corresponding to a specific activity of 1.16×105-4.55×105 units/mg.
