Short Description:	Recombinant-Human BTN1A1/Butyrophilin-C-His protein was developed from hek293 cells and has a target region of C-His. For use in research applications.

Formulation:	Lyophilized from a 0.22 Mu m filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4.
Storage Instruction:	Store at-20°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt, and avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Immunoreactivity:	Measured by its ability to inhibit Anti-CD3-induced proliferation of jurkat cells. The ED50 for this effect is 3.35-13.4 ng/mL.

Inhibits the proliferation of CD4 and CD8 T-cells activated by anti-CD3 antibodies, T-cell metabolism and IL2 and IFNG secretion.
